Want a little taste of thanksgiving early? Want it with minimal effort? You’ve come to the right blog! This chicken and stuffing meal is easy and perfect for a cold fall day!
Ingredients:
1 Large chicken breast
2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
Baby carrots
Potatoes (any size will work if using large ones just chop into bite-sized pieces
1 box of chicken stuffing
2 cups of water and 2 bouillon cubes
(Can substitute for 2 cups of chicken broth)
Directions:
In your slow-cooker, add chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, either broth or water, and bouillon cubes and carrots. Cook on low for 5 hours. Shred chicken, add potatoes and cook for an additional hour. With 45-30 minutes left in your cook time, mix in stuffing mix. When stuffing is cooked, you’re ready!
While it’s chicken instead of turkey, this meal is sure to remind you of thanksgiving! Have some pie for dessert after! Tada!
